Executive Panel Discussions are quarterly events focused on living virtuously in the workplace. Three panelists lead discussion about a particular virtue and what it means to practice that virtue in daily life. Afterwards, table leaders bring the discussion down to the individual level. At the end of the evening, a representative from each table shares their collective insights with the rest of the group.

YCP Detroit Executive Speaker Series is a free event in the last week of the month in which an executive shares his/her professional and faith journeys with young professionals in their 20’s and 30’s, challenging them to ‘Work in Witness for Christ!’ Complimentary beer, wine, and appetizers are provided before the keynote.
Dr. Daniel Frattarelli is currently President of Beaumont Medical Group, a multi-specialty practice of over 1,000 physicians with $800M in annual revenue. After high school, Dr. Frattarelli served in the U.S. Navy, then worked in an auto factory before deciding to become a doctor. He did his undergraduate studies at University of Michigan and received his MD at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. Frattarelli completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, was selected as Chief Resident, then did graduate work and a fellowship in clinical pharmacology. He served as a national committee chair at the American Academy of Pediatrics, and was instrumental in the passage of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act strengthening pediatric medication laws. Dr. Frattarelli currently lives in Canton with his wife, has two children in college, and attends St. Stephen Parish in New Boston.
